How to Order

We look forward to serving you in whatever method you are most comfortable. We offer five ways to place your order for art supplies:

Secure Online Shopping

Enter our store, select the items you wish to purchase, proceed to check-out.

We ship UPS standard ground.

Out of country, off mainland orders are shipped US Postal, we will email you with shipping options / costs.
You are given the option to purchase securely online or mail, phone or fax your payment information to us.

Please email with any questions or assistence. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, or Money orders.

Email your Order

Send an Email to info@arnies.com with a description of what you want to order. Please include product code, name and cost as noted on the web pages. (Be sure to include any option choices presented). Please either phone or fax in your payment info for your security - we keep offline customers payment info on file for your convenience.

Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Return Policy

You may return any item purchased within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Must have sales slip & be in original condition (package unopened). "Final Sale" items are just that...non-returnable.

Privacy Policy

Any information submitted will be used for billing / shipping purposes only. We do not share this information with outside parties.
