Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are generally shipped 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
Online Returns
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

In Store Purchased Returns
Customers may return product, in original packaging, within 30 days with an original receipt.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Books
- Custom Items
- Greeting Cards
- Sale Items
- Scrapbook or Craft Paper
Tax-Exempt Purchases
Michigan State Sales Tax License MUST be presented at the time of each transaction.
All transactions must be done at the Art Room register.
$25 minimum amount to process sales tax exemption.
